When will I receive my order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within three business days. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend are processed the following Monday and will be shipped within three business days from processing.

What's your return policy?

Although we’re confident in our
thoughtful threads, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we will accept unworn, undamaged merchandise returned in it’s original condition within 60 days.  After that time returns will be accepted for store credit only.  All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final and are not eligible for return.

What if I need a different size or color?

Exchanges for size or design, based on availability, can be processed at
anytime. To request an exchange please email us at info@pamperedpant.com detailing the size or design desired. Exchanges are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.


How much is shipping?

Orders placed within the
US will be shipped USPS First Class for a $6 flat rate. 

Orders over $100 ship free! 

How will my order be packaged?

We're proud to use sustainable packaging for our shipping needs. Our orders are packed in 100% recycled, curbside recyclable paperboard mailers that are water-resistant and tamper evident.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States.
